Objective: Examine consumer attitudes and responses toward no-fault found consumer electronic returns. Improve their customer satisfaction levels at the stores and save money by reducing returns.

Apparel Industry Survey

The purpose of this project was to research and analyze return rates, charge backs and disposition practices within the apparel industry. A list of return reasons and disposition practices was compiled and areas of commonality were identified. The objective of this project was to try to narrow the gap a little between manufacturers' and retailers' issues.
